Order Cancellation

At WatchLuxe, we understand that circumstances change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

✓ Eligible for Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order is marked as "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled.

✗ Not Eligible for Cancellation

Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the product after delivery as per our return policy.

How to Cancel Your Order

Check Order Status

Log in to your account and check if your order status is "Processing" or "Confirmed." If it shows "Shipped," cancellation is not possible.

Receive Confirmation

Once we process your cancellation request, you'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Important: Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you paid for expedited or premium shipping, those charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Only the product cost will be refunded.

Refund Amount Calculation

Example:

  • Product Price:₹45,000
  • Shipping Charges:- ₹500
  • Refund Amount:₹44,500

Refund Processing Time

Once your cancellation is approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Wallets: 2-3 business days

* Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Policy

If you've received your order and wish to return it:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Certificate of authenticity and warranty card must be included
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized watches
  • Watches with broken seals or signs of use
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges) at no additional cost to you.
